Both are used in industrial products such as linings for installations, linings of cyclones, separators and a material that protects industrial installations against abrasion and chemical aggression.
Pipeline elements with BASALT or EUCOR have much better properties than standard steel pipes. Despite higher price, the savings achieved are up to six times higher. Operators can enjoy a longer service life, leading to production without downtime and repairs. The abrasion resistance of both materials is much better than that of high-alloy steel.
Basalt inserts are perfect for hydraulic or pneumatic transport of abrasive and chemically aggressive materials. Simple elements of the pipeline, as well as bends, manifolds, reductions or other special elements of the pipeline can be lined with BASALT or EUCOR castings, which extend their service life several times, also extend the service life and reduce maintenance and replacement costs.
