2. SECONDARY SAMPLERS, DIVIDERS AND SPLITTERS

Rotary Tube Divider type RTD

  • Provides reliable, accurate mass reduction with no risk of cross-contamination between sub-samples.
  • Is easy to install and operate.
  • Has low maintenance costs.

 Rotary Disc Divider  type RDD

  • Has a built-in dosing function in cases where the sampled material does not come in a continuous flow. The RDD thereby enables a more even distribution of material before division.
  • Has a compact design compared to a set-up with both a Dosing Conveyor and a Rotary Tube Divider.
  • Is cost effective and easy to install and operate.
  • Has low maintenance costs.

Rotary Tube Splitter type RTS

  • Offers a uniform and fully automatic division of material that would otherwise be laborious if carried out manually.
  • Is easy to install and operate.
  • Has low maintenance costs.
  • Can be used for “duplicate samples” extraction (A, B, C and D samples).

Dividing Plant type DP

  • Automatically divides bulk material into several representative samples of equal size and with minimum interference from the operator.
  • Is a flexible sampler which can be applied in different parts of the production line as the DP also comes in a mobile and easily transportable version (DP-M)

Dividing Plant (DP)

  • Is particularly useful for small and fixed division ratio.
  • Is suitable for bulk material with relatively large particle sizes.
  • Is easy to install and operate.
  • Has a low maintenance costs.

Diverter Gate  type DG

  • Is a simple and cost efficent way of changing the direction of the material flow as opposed to a reversable Dosing Conveyor (DC).
  • Can also be used to fill-up two sample buckets of different volume for example 75% in bucket A and 25% in bucket B.
  • Is easy to install and operate.
  • Has low maintenance costs.

Dual Splitter  type DS

  • Is a simple and cost effective way of splitting a material stream into two equal samples.
  • Is easy to install and operate.
  • Has low maintenance costs.

 Riffle Splitter type RS

  • Due to its riffling sub-sampling division, the RS provides an accuracy which is superior to all other manually operated procedures.
  • The RS can be used both in the field and laboratory, to quickly and efficiently divide samples into fractional sub-samples for further preparation.
  • It is easy to clean and maintain, as well as easy to operate.
